Lillian and I shared most of the past almost 10 years together 24/7. Working out of our home gave me the time to spend with her for that I am grateful. She loved her family and loved to share them with others. My children in the center over the years even before she moved in with us fell in love with "grandma." It will be different for Tim and I but we are so glad to have been able to give her wish of staying home with us. My grandchildren spent almost every day with her and have alot of great memories to hold on to. Over her past few months we had some very special people come to spend extra time with Lillian helping out where ever needed. I know Lillian treasured that time spent with her and they did also. Thank you to all of you. Lillian, Tim and I were blessed with wonderful ladies from the county. They encouraged and gave us all strength. I know Lillian looked forward to Angie, Kristin and Holly. I am so grateful to not only have had a great mother in law but a friend as well. I will truely miss her.

Linda (daughter in law) - Apr. 20, 2017

Grandma was a vibrant, tough soul who always knew how to have a good time. She had mentioned in numerous conversations that she was ready to go to her eternal home, however, she always kept pushing on with strength.

Grandma's job is done here and she has left us a legacy of good memories. She loved the Lord and was always praying for others. There was so much wisdom that she carried.

I have lots of fond memories of her from taking us grandkids to church and then out to shake dice at "Archies Bar", running up and down the stairs with the cousins during Christmas and enjoying the breakfast of champions "Chocolate Malt O Meal" when I stayed overnight. The last memory shared with her was eating energy balls, drinking a coke and talking about life.

Best of all was listening to the stories of her younger years. There was so much to learn from her and the generation she came from.

A special Thanks to Tim and Linda Tasch for so "willingly" sharing your home with grandma until her passing. In conversation, she always mentioned how blessed she was to have you in her life! Thank You for demonstrating sacrificial love.

Our sympathy to all of you. Lillian was a great lady. She a had a heart of gold. Loved having her in my swim exercise classes and we also went on a few gambling trips together which was years ago. She had a great sense of humor and wasn't afraid to tell you what she was thinkin. may she rest peacefully now back in Elwin's arms. Thinking of you, sending our thoughts and prayers.
