Carol A Mueller
Hilbert WI
Carol A. Mueller, age 78, of Hilbert, died on November 3, 2025, at Willowdale Nursing Home in New Holstein. She was born September 7, 1947, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Norman and Marian Parizek.
After Carol graduated from Assumption High School in Wisconsin Rapids in 1965, she got a degree from cosmetology school and worked multiple jobs as a beautician and a factory worker at Chilton Metal Products. Carol met David Mueller when the engine of her car started on fire in a parking lot and he jumped in to put it out. From that point on, the two were inseparable and they were married on April 15, 1972, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Chilton. Carol then took on the role of being a wonderful homemaker, wife, and mother.
Throughout her life, Carol always put her family first. As time moved forward, she soon found that her life revolved around her grandchildren and the many events and extracurricular activities they were involved in. She was always a positive influence in their lives and will be remembered as one of the nicest, sweetest people you have ever met. In her free time, Carol enjoyed road trips with David, gardening, stamp collecting, going out to lunch with her friends, finding new spots for good coffee, and searching for deals while thrifting.
Carol is survived by her sons: Scott (Michelle) Mueller and Dale (Kelley) Mueller; grandchildren: Charles, Henry, Elijah, Elliana, & Delaina; sisters-in-law: Carol Mueller and Mary (Joe) Herriges; nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband David, her parents Norman and Marian Parizek, her parents in-law Louis and Angelina (Wolfinger) Mueller, her brother-in-law Jim (Noel) Mueller, and many aunts and uncles.
Funeral service will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton with Rev. Mark Peterson officiating. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held at the Wieting Family Funeral Home on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 10:30 am until 11:45 am. At the time of the service and following, there will be a link available above for those wishing to watch a livestream or archived recording of the service, view a memorial video, or see pictures of the flowers and gifts given to the family.
