Order Prohibiting Mass Gatherings of 10 People or More has been issued for the State of Wisconsin.
This does effect how we will be conducting our funerals both in the funeral home and at churches.
At this time all service are pending.
On behalf of the family and Wieting Family Funeral Home we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Debra C. Schuh, age 59, of Quinney, passed away on March 18, 2020, at her home on Lake Winnebago. She was born on September 15, 1960, daughter of Luellis Meyer and the late Edmund Meyer. On April 26, 1991, she married Dennis Schuh, the love of her life, and together they had two children.

Debra was a selfless, loving, and kind person who would do anything for anyone. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved her family and friends so dearly and her granddaughter, Hazel, was her pride and joy. She spent countless nights on Lake Winnebago watching sunsets drop over the horizon with her neighbors that became family. She could often be seen antagonizing her family to take blackberry brandy shots at any family function, even if candle votives were the only available receptacle. She liked to travel with her family and especially enjoyed Fort Myers Beach, where she could occasionally be found drinking beer from a shot glass. She was the rock of her family and lived to help others in any way possible. She was so loved.

Debra is survived by her husband, Dennis; children: Marissa (Tony) Holzer and Luke (Becky Scherer) Schuh; grandchild: Hazel Holzer; mother: Luellis Meyer; siblings: DeLaine (Chuck) Reis, Duane (Barbara) Benter, Delvin (Linda) Benter, and Daniel (Mary) Benter; sister-in-law: Carol (Loren) Ulness; and brothers-in-law: Jim (Pam) Schuh, and Tom (Gail) Schuh.

Debra was preceded in death by her father, Edmund; Dennis’ parents: James and Catherine Schuh; and, a brother: Dale (Lynn) Benter.

All services are pending until further notice.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in the name of Debra Schuh to be directed toward a charity dear to her heart.
Dear Marissa & family,
I am so sorry to read of your mom's passing. I remember what a special lady she was. I think of you both every Christmas when I hang the thoughtful ornament you gave me when I decorate my tree and also when I look at the special little book you gave me. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May God, the Healer of Broken Hearts, comfort you.

We are so very heartbroken at the loss of Debbie. I am writing this for my Mom, Auntie Beatie. My Mom greatly appreciated & enjoyed time spent with Dennis & Debbie when they would meet/take my Mom to breakfast over the years. We are sending virtual hugs and many, many prayers for the entire family.

About two summers ago she had a huge rummage sale. Along with my sister and grandma we went back and fourth at least 7 timer because she had so much good stuff. She kept telling us “come back there’s more!” and she wouldn’t stop. She made my family so happy.
