Diane Marian Blatz, age 76, died on December 28, 2022, at her home in Athelstane, WI. She was born July 18, 1946, daughter of the late Robert and Arlyne Bowe. She married Ralph L. Blatz on June 25, 1966, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Stockbridge, WI, and together they had five children.
Diane is survived by her husband Ralph and their children: Brian (Kelly) Blatz, Brenda (Dan) Brooks, Bobbie Jo (Alan) Mueller, Becky (Stewart) Anhalt, and Brooke Blatz. Five grandchildren: Logan Mueller, Jared Mueller, Arden Blatz, Haylee Mueller, and Cayden Anhalt; two step-grandchildren: Mellisa (Brooks) Aragon and Zachary Brooks; two step-great-grandchildren: Kyrin and Carver Aragon. She is further survived by her brother Steven (Cindy) Bowe; sisters-in-law: Janelle Bowe, Carol Bowe, Nina Bord, Rita Weber, and brother-in-law: John (Betty) Blatz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Robert Jr, James, and Dennis Bowe; Mother and Father-in-law: Raymond and Loretta Blatz; brothers-in-law: Leroy Weber, Gerald Bord, Joseph Blatz.
A private family service will be held per Diane’s wishes.
The family would like to thank Kristen of Aurora Healthcare and Lisa of Unity Hospice.

While I have never met Diane, I work closely with Brian Blatz at GM and wanted to share my sincere condolences with the entire Blatz family. Brian speaks fondly of his family and his Mom and is a role model at GM. He represents the Blatz family so well! We are very sorry for your loss.
