Condolences
Sending our sympathy for the loss of Delores. We didn’t get to know her much, only when buying her house in Charlesburg. By looking at the flower gardens around the yard, she had a love for flowers and it was obvious the hard work she had put in. May the memories of your loved one keep you during this difficult time.

Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your beloved mother. She meant so much to all of us at St. Charles Congregation. She truly was a faithful servant of God. She used her God given gifts in so many capacities. If I recall correctly, she served a as a parish trustee, parish council member, CCD teacher, President of Christian Mothers, lector, communion distributor, sacristan, scheduler and anywhere there was a need for her organizational and problem solving skills. She loved. She cared. Thank you to all of her family for sharing her with us.

In Loving Memory of Dolores M. Pethan I want to extend my deepest condolences to the Pethan family on the passing of Dolores. She was an incredible woman whose kindness changed my life in ways I can never fully express. When I was going through a difficult chapter as a teenager, Dolores welcomed me into her home. From my sophomore year through graduation, she provided me with not only a place to live but also a sense of stability, love, and hope. Her generosity during those years gave me the foundation I needed to grow, and I will always be grateful for the care and compassion she showed me. Now, as the Mayor of New Holstein, I carry her spirit with me in everything I do. One of my greatest hopes was to bring growth and positive change to our city while she was still with us—as a way to honor her and show that a single act of kindness can shape a life and a community. Dolores’s selflessness helped guide me to where I am today, and I see my work as a testament to the good she brought into the world. Rest in peace, Dolores. Your love made a difference, and your legacy lives on. With heartfelt gratitude and sympathy, Richard Snelson
