Gerald R. Moehr, age 77, of Brillion, died on September 15, 2022, at Aurora Baycare Hospital in Green Bay. He was born May 20, 1945, son of the late Albert and Virginia Moehr. He graduated from Hilbert High School in 1963 before joining the United States Army and proudly serving in the Vietnam War. He came home and worked his way up supervisor for the Mirro Company and also became a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brillion. His family is sure he is now skating with the Nadler sisters.
Gerald is survived by his siblings: Randy Moehr, John (Linda) Moehr, Steve Moehr (Bill Ireton), Mark Moehr, and Laura (Ed) Reinke; a sister-in-law: Barbara Moehr; many nieces and nephews: Cindy (Duke) Cornelius, Scott (Jackie) Moehr, RC Moehr, Ben (Joanne) Moehr, Chris (Rachel) Moehr, Liz Moehr (Dan Seaman), Robyn (Randy) Raddatz, TJ Moehr, Jenny (Russ) Harris, Matt (Vanessa) Reinke, Brooke (Shane) Ireton, Beth Ireton, and Bryan (Val) Ireton; great-nieces and great-nephews: Sarah Alger, Ryan (Brooke) Alger, Ian Moehr, Conner Moehr, Erik Moehr, Ethan Moehr, Annabelle Moehr, Elliot Moehr, Caleb Moehr, Elia Moehr, Mike Horn, Parker Moehr, Avah Moehr, Havannah Moehr, Calvin Harris, Breckin Harris, Kaylee Reinke, Cole Reinke, Kylee Ireton, Jaycee Ireton, Lucas Ireton, Ethan Ireton, Alexander Ireton, Clementine Ireton, Steve (Pam) Cosby; and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews: Emma Alger, Gavin Schakel, Shelby Miller, Kytara Miller, Bentleigh Miller, and Kashten Miller.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Virginia; sisters-in-law: Sharon Moehr, Sharon Moehr, and Barbara Bertha Moehr; a niece: Jackie Moehr; and two nephews: Dave Alger and Corey Miller.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (601 E. National Ave.) in Brillion. Friends may call from 9:00 am until 10:45 am at the church on the day of service. A committal service will be held at the parish cemetery following services at the church.

Had 19 years to work with Gerry. He was so fun to work with. He was a very hard working man. I'm so glad I got to know him. He was a wonderful person. He will be greatly missed.
