Margaret T Krepline
Reedsville WI
Margaret Theresa Krepline was born on September 22, 1949 to Robert & Loretta (Knier) Krepline. She returned to her heavenly Father on Sunday, December 15, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Paul, and a grandnephew, Carter, aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her sisters, Lillian Ann (Thomas) Theroux, and Mary (Al Spoehr) Seefeldt, and a sister-in-law Deb Krepline along with nieces and nephews and their children.
Margaret led a beautifully simple and full life. She was devoted to her Catholic faith, attending Mass as often as she could and spending hours each week at the adoration chapel at Good Shepherd Parish. She supported vocations through prayer and contributions to annuities. She had a deep devotion to St. Therese of Lisieux, affectionately known as The Little Flower, who was known for "The Little Way" - doing little things with great love.
Margaret worked for 45 years in the dietary department of Calumet Memorial Hospital. Along with her hospital job she found time to work 25 years at Kloten, 20 years at the Eagles Club in Chilton, 8 years at Chilton Nursing Home and 3 years each at Almost Johnny in Sherwood and P&J Oaks in Kiel.
Margaret loved polka music. If she heard of a dance, you could bet she would be there dancing. She was a regular follower of several area bands and belonged to the We Love to Dance Club. She loved to socialize and was seldom at home.
Margaret enjoyed doing word searches, playing bingo, and cards. Sheepshead, Crazy Eights, and King’s Corner were favorites. Margaret never turned down a dessert. Chocolate ice cream was one of her favorites.
Family was important to her. Her gifts were always recognizable by the infamously well taped wrapping. She was always willing to help with preparations, clean up, and was never the first to leave at a gathering. She loved to give hugs and always said, "I love you." These memories will be her beautiful legacy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 Noon on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church (54 E. Main St.) in Chilton with Rev. Jon Thorsen officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Reedsville. A time of visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 am until 11:45 am. At the time of the service and following, there will be a link available above for those wishing to watch a live stream or archived recording of the service, or see photos of the gifts given to the family.

When I began being an Adorer at the Divine Mercy Adoration Chapel in Chilton, beautiful Margaret was the lady who would come to in for the following hour. It was very nice to get to know her with the little hello's we would have. She was so kind and she truly loved Jesus. My sympathy to her family and friends. "Eternal Rest Grant Unto her O'Lord and Let Perpetual Light Shine Upon her. Through the Mercy of God May she Rest In Peace. Amen."
