Chilton – Robert (Bert) Krupp Sr., 85, passed away on Thursday, August 12th, 2021 at St. Francis Nursing Home, Fond du Lac.
He was born on April 20, 1936, the son of the late Edmund and Viola (Escher) Krupp. Bob was a graduate of New Holstein High School Class of 1954. He then joined the US Army, serving in Germany and France. After serving our country, Bob worked at Tecumseh Products, retiring in 1997. On September 16, 1961 he married Jeanne Mayer in Chilton.
Bob & Jeanne lived in Brothertown for 59 years, enjoying their huge garden and fishing in Lake Winnebago.
Bob was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Jericho & then St. Mary's Catholic Church, Stockbridge. He was a member of VFW, Walleyes for Tomorrow East Shore Chapter, Brothertown Fishing Club, and German American Club, serving various job responsibilities.
Bob is survived by his wife Jeanne of Brothertown, two children, Kim (Mark) Willman of Oshkosh and Bob Krupp (significant other Beth Merbach) of Jericho; grandchildren Tyler Willman (significant other Hailey Demell) of Oshkosh and Tony Willman (significant other Olivia Herschleb) of Fond du Lac, Brandon (Gretchen) Krupp of Hilbert, and Megan Krupp of Fond du Lac; great-grandchildren Briggs & Hattie Krupp. He is also survived by his sister Arlene (Fritz) Anhalt of Marytown, sister-in-law Mary (Jim) Bowers of Baraboo, brother-in-laws Jack (Corinne) Mayer of Kloten, and Tom (Julia) Mayer of Chilton.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother Leroy.
