Ronald F Lisowe

Brothertown WI

Ronald F. Lisowe, age 68, of Brothertown, died on Monday, Novmember 17, 2025 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.  He was born May 11, 1957 in Chilton, Wisconsin, son of the late Melvin A. & Lorraine (Schneider) Lisowe.

During his career, Ron worked at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac and John Deere in Horicon. He would also lend a hand helping the local farmers by driving truck or tractor.

Throughout his entire life, Ron looked forward to time spent outdoors.  He could often be found on the waters of Lake Winnebago, whether they were liquid or frozen, looking for the next big fish.  He also appreciated time in the woods during deer hunting season and always liked to go to Buffalo County to chase the big buck.  When the day would come to a close, he would enjoy evenings with his family at Capones/Bobbers Up where he could shake dice with his father or take in the beauty of a sunset over Lake Winnebago. He was also an avid pool player and shot for multiple teams over the years. Ron was the guy that would start a conversation with anyone about anything and enjoy the time talking to you no matter the topic.

Survivors include his son: Aaron (Amy) Bruckner; his daughter: Christina (Corey); his siblings: Donald (Nancy) Lisowe, Art (Karen) Lisowe, Kevin (Melissa) Lisowe, Joan (Tom) Walber; nieces and nephews: Brian, Brenda (Paul), Becky (Chad), Chad (Amanda), Chris (Amy), Kelsey, Steve (Kim), Nick (Jordan), Stacy; niece & nephew: Katrina (Brett) & Eric.  He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Melvin & Lorraine (Schneider) Lisowe; his step mother: Verena Bennett; his brother: Ralph Lisowe; and a nephew: Matthew Walber.

A celebration of Ronald’s life will be held at the Marytown Tap on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.

Ron’s family would like to thank the doctors and staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Aurora BayCare Medical Center, as well as the staff at Green Bay Rehabilitation Services for the care that was provided.  They would like to thank the EMT and First Responders in Calumet County, not only for their attentive care of Ron, but everyone throughout the area.
