Dear Family,
I am shocked to learn of "Dad W's" passing. I had no idea.
I was just reflecting on Sis' (Jill) passing this past week as it would have been her birthday, and so I wanted to read her obituary once again, and searched for it online, and that's when I saw "Dad W's". I was absolutely stunned.
If I had known, and if it weren't for the pandemic restrictions, please know that I would have been at his funeral.
Wishing you all God's Comfort and Peace. Love, 'Bro'

Mark Sedarski ('Bro') - May 11, 2021

From all of us at Chilton City Hall - Meals on Wheels - we extend our sympathy to Bill's family. I can't help but say we were shocked to hear of Bill's passing. I will remember his serious manner filled with surprising jokes (the one in which his daughter is in prison). Bill always said we filled the lunch plates to full and it was too much to eat. His care for Bette (in her pink sweater) was so caring- always looking out for her. I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet both of them briefly and wish we had more time together. I am thankful I had the chance to meet them both.

Bill was always very kind, stern, but Kind. I recall him reefing a men's league basketball game one night. I was fouled. I had missed serveral free throws prior, Bill came up to me during a time-out. He said, "Mike, you know, you always take you eye off the rim while you shoot. That's the reason your missing." I shook his advise off. The next day, I was driving to work in Green Bay. I was speeding. Bill pulled me over. Came to the window and we talked. Bill told me, "You know, Mike, driving is like shooting free throws. You have to keep your eyes on the speedometer." He gave me a warning, and a warm smile. He would never admit to it later, but it was a lasting memory. God Bless Bill, and watch over the family. He was a gift.

Bette and family, Bill was the image of the husband and dad that one wishes everyone had in their lives. There are no words for the sadness we feel for all of you in the sudden passing of Bill.
